ShopGraded.com is a new store launched in 2025 to provide the ideal experience for collectors. We sell ONLY GRADED COLLECTIBLES - and only the highest quality items - so you’ll know and appreciate exactly what you’re getting, every time. We’re collectors just like you, and we promise to do things better for you than what you’ve come to expect elsewhere.

Here’s what you can expect when you shop for graded collectibles at ShopGraded.com:
  • Only Graded Collectibles – Cards, comics, autographs, and more. If it’s not graded, we don’t sell it.
  • Expert Handling & Shipping – We pack and ship every item as if it were our own, and every order gets the same high level of attention - no matter how much you’re spending. No exceptions and no excuses here.
  • No Junk & Nothing Shady – We stock only the kinds of items we’d buy ourselves. No damaged slabs, no fly-by-night graders, and no overpriced clutter. Just quality collectibles with complete transparency.

How Do I Reach Customer Service?

Do You Have a Physical Store Where I Can Shop?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, our goal is to make ShopGraded.com the #1 online source for high-quality graded collectibles. We’ll share any news about the upcoming store format and location as soon as we can. Does ShopGraded.com Just Sell Cards?

We sell all sorts of graded collectibles! We’re card collectors, so you’ll see a lot of cards here - but we also carry graded autographs, event tickets, unopened packs, comics, magazines, and so much more! If it’s graded and it’s popular, chances are you’ll find it on ShopGraded.com!

How Do You Decide Which Items to Carry?

We combine market knowledge with our own collector instincts to choose items we believe you’ll love. Our inventory comes from sealed cases, private collections, card shows, and other dealers, and each item is carefully graded to meet our standards.

Our aim is to offer a wide, high-quality selection of graded collectibles—and we welcome your feedback to help guide what we carry.

I Only See PSA-Graded Items. Do You Carry Other Graders?

We’ve trusted PSA for over a decade because their grading standards, slab quality, and resale value are second to none. As collectors ourselves, we only sell items we’d be excited to buy, and right now PSA is the clear market leader.

If another grading company reaches the same level of consistency and market confidence, we’ll gladly expand our offerings. For now, you can feel good knowing PSA-graded items are the gold standard in the hobby.

Can I “Reserve” a Card From a Future Inventory Drop?

We don’t take formal reservations—the grading process and market pricing can be unpredictable. That said, we love hearing what collectors are searching for. If you’re after something specific, let us know through the Contact Us form. We may be able to add it to our grading pipeline just for you.

Are Your Items Listed on eBay Different From the Items on ShopGraded.com?

No differences—the catalog is exactly the same. Our listings are synchronized, so once an item sells on one platform, it’s instantly removed from the other.

The only exceptions are that international buyers must purchase through eBay, and prices there are slightly higher to cover platform fees. If you’re in the U.S., you’ll always find the best deals directly at ShopGraded.com.

Can I “Reserve” a Card From a Future Inventory Drop?

We don’t take formal reservations—the grading process and market pricing can be unpredictable. That said, we love hearing what collectors are searching for. If you’re after something specific, let us know through the Contact Us form. We may be able to add it to our grading pipeline just for you.

Do You Buy Cards?

Yes! We are always buying raw card collections, sealed product, and graded card lots that we find appealing. If you’d like to have us consider your collection, use the Contact Us form to reach out and start a discussion!

Do You Grade Cards for Your Customers?

Not yet, but... maybe soon? We’re evaluating how to design a process to help our customers grade their cards, and once we’ve figured out how to make it so good that we’d use it ourselves, we’ll offer it to our customers. Can I Combine Orders Between eBay and ShopGraded.com?

At this time, orders from eBay and ShopGraded.com can’t be combined. For the smoothest experience (and the best prices), we recommend shopping directly at ShopGraded.com whenever possible.

How Can I Get a Discount Code?

We rarely run sales or offer discount codes - but when we do, they’re awesome. Sign up for our newsletter, follow us on social media, and monitor our blog posts to be the first to know about any flash promotions!

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

On ShopGraded.com, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Venmo, and anything else offered through the Shopify platform. eBay Payments may offer additional payment options for purchases made on the eBay platform.

Do You Offer Payment Plans or Layaway?

We don’t offer in-house payment plans, but PayPal makes it easy to spread out payments with “Pay in 4” or “PayPal Credit” (up to 12 months). If you’re purchasing through eBay, you may also see additional payment options available at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

What is the Cost of Shipping?

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your order. As a point of reference, we ship up to three graded cards for a $5.99 flat-rate. Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100! In between those two endpoints, it’ll just depend on how many items you order and how large those items are. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

We ship every order within two (2) business days of receiving payment online. Often we can ship out on the very next day, or even the same day, but our promise is that it will never take more than two business days for us to ship out. After that, the timeline depends on USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. The closer you are to our home base in the Denver, Colorado metro area, the sooner you’ll receive your shipment.

That said - if you need something super fast, PLEASE contact us before you order! We can help to set your expectations, and we also can offer options for expedited service in many situations.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International customers must purchase our items via eBay. We do not currently ship internationally for direct sales on ShopGraded.com. That will change eventually as we grow, but for now, international customers should take advantage of the established global processes on eBay.

Do You Accept Returns?

The collectibles market is volatile and item values are always changing. For this reason, we accept good-faith returns within 14 days of the date of purchase, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We also reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason, including - but not limited to - if we believe a buyer is acting in bad faith by requesting a return only after trying and failing to quick-flip the item(s) for profit.

What if My Item Arrives Damaged?

You’ll find that our packaging and shipping practices are second to none, and damaged shipments are exceedingly rare. Still, if you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately! Be sure to take pictures of the damaged item(s) and the damaged shipping envelope or box and send them to us. We will work with you to make the situation right as long as you contact us within two (2) business days after receiving your shipment. We cannot honor any requests for damaged item refunds thereafter.
