At ShopGraded.com, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because the collectibles market is highly volatile and item values can change rapidly, we have established the following refund and return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, including original packaging and any materials provided.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing a refund.
2. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

This fee helps offset market volatility and the costs of inspection, handling, and re-listing.
3. Good-Faith Requirement

Returns must be made in good faith.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason, including (but not limited to) situations where we believe a buyer is attempting to exploit price fluctuations by purchasing and then returning items after failing to resell them.
4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, ShopGraded.com will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement (at our discretion).
6. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for return.
